I am a registered Nutritional Therapy practitioner.

Using the functional medicine model, I aim to understand and inform how you can best care for yourself with personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

We live in a time where it is possible to access endless information on health and disease. There is increasing awareness of factors that may impact our mood, health, longevity, ability to work and take care of ourselves, yet rates of mental health and chronic health problems are reported to be increasing. Navigating this information can be isolating and confusing, especially when suffering from poor health. Sometimes the adoption of suggestions and new habits do not consider the fact that we are all different; what suits one person does not necessarily suit another and may result in an aggravation of symptoms.

My role is to accompany you in exploring nutrition and lifestyle factors that may support you on your journey. By applying my training of how the body works, I aim to listen with compassion and non-judgement to learn who you are, what has happened to you and how you can support yourself with personalised suggestions to suit your current life stage.
